Two police officers then rush down the stairs to try and break things up but struggle to get to the scene of the scrap.
They finally managed to get a grip of the physicality and attention quickly turned back towards the pitch as the Sheffield United fans were escorted out, according to the Irish Sun.
There was not much for the home fans to celebrate though as David McGoldrick scored twice for Sheffield United before Ends Stevens made it 3-0 before half-time as they continued their promotion push with a routine win.

‘You make it easy for this to happen by not having a ticket office and not making it affordable for families.
‘Dangerous environment today, just admit you’re wrong and change it.’

David McGoldrick scores his side’s second goal of the game to help their promotion effort
Premier League destiny remains in Sheffield United’s hands following an easy 3-0 victory at Hull.
With two Sky Bet Championship games remaining – at home to Ipswich and away at Stoke – Chris Wilder’s impressively-focused side are in pole position to return to the big time.
Hull were admittedly obliging hosts, but they had not lost in the league at home since November.
Yet the damage was done in the first half as two goals from David McGoldrick and an Enda Stevens header essentially confirmed an away win.
Wilder wisely battened down the hatches in the second half as his pioneering approach was replaced by pragmatism.
But United’s vocal supporters, who came in their droves in anticipation of a season-defining victory, could not have cared less as they enjoyed a carefree afternoon in the Easter sunshine.
