Inter Milan ‘consider summer move for Divock Origi as they search for a new striker to complete Antonio Conte’s attack’… with Liverpool open to offers as they look to raise transfer funds
Inter Milan could boost Liverpool‘s summer transfer kitty by signing Divock Origi as their new fourth striker.
And Reds striker Origi, who has found himself on the fringes of Jurgen Klopp’s plans all season, is at the top of their list.
Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool striker Divock Origi this summer
It is claimed that former Arsenal star Gervinho, who now plays for Parma, Cagliari’s Leonardo Pavoletti and Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca are also being considered.
However, Origi is the preferred option as he looks to leave Anfield and reignite his career after struggling for opportunities.
The Belgian would compete with compatriot Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez and Alexis Sanchez for a starting spot at the San Siro.

Borussia Dortmund have also been linked with a move for the forward, who is likely to cost around £13million according to CalcioMercato.
Earlier this month, Sportsmail revealed that Liverpool are open to offers for Origi this summer as they look to raise funds for their own transfer business.
The striker signed for Liverpool in 2014 after starring for Belgium at the World Cup in Brazil. He initially spent a year on loan with Lille before arriving at Anfield where he played in Klopp’s first game in charge at Tottenham.

Liverpool’s regular front three of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino subsequently restricted his opportunities but he played a key role in their stunning Champions League success in 2019, scoring twice in the famous 4-0 comeback win over Barcelona and then netting in the final against Spurs.
He signed a new contract on the strength of those performances but with Klopp now looking to bolster his squad, other clubs in Europe are aware of his availability.
Origi has three years left on his contract and age-wise is entering the peak years of his career. Liverpool will be looking for a transfer fee they can then reinvest.
