Former Manchester City and Swansea striker Wilfried Bony is training with LEAGUE TWO Newport County to stay fit as he looks for a new club after release from Saudi club Al-Ittihad

The 32-year-old is a free agent after leaving Al-Ittihad by mutual consent in November and is working with Newport to maintain fitness.
Wilfried Bony, the ex-Swansea and Man City striker, is currently training with Newport County
He is said to have a good relationship with manager Michael Flynn, although it is not expected he will be signing for the club.
Bony signed for Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad in January 2020 after spending six months as a free agent.
He scored five goals in 10 games for the side, but recently agreed to leave by mutual consent.
Bony was a favourite in south Wales, scoring 39 goals during his time at Swansea City
The striker was a favourite in south Wales, and scored 39 goals for the Swans during his time there.
Eventually his form earned him a move to Manchester City, and he won the League Cup with them in 2016.
