Indian soldier commits suicide in IOK after…

Srinagar, October 15: In Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a soldier of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) committed suicide in Srinagar.

The CRPF man identified as P G Naid ended his life by shooting himself with his service rifle in Mehjoor Nagar area of Srinagar.

A Kashmir Broadcasting Corporation reporter has said that Naid was suffering from depression. This was due to witnessing so many inhumane beatings and fatalities of innocent Kashmiris and knowing so he decided to take his own life.

This incident of suicide raised the number of such deaths among Indian troops and police personnel in the occupied territory to 478 since January 2007.
