  • Barcelona have set their sights on a sensational reunion with PSG’s Neymar
  • Reports in Spain suggest the Catalan giants have made him a ‘top priority’
  • A move for the Brazilian could throw their pursuit of Lautaro Martinez into doubt

Barcelona have set their sights on bringing Neymar back to the Nou Camp but are wary of the Brazilian’s mammoth £135million price tag, according to reports in Spain.

The Catalan giants are keen for the Brazilian to make a sensational return to the Nou Camp where he will once again reunite with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in attack.

Club president Josep Bartomeu’s mandate is coming to an end in 2021 and he is keen to finish with a title – something that Neymar could play a vital role in, according to Marca.

Since competing his world record £198m move to the French capital from the Nou Camp in 2017, Neymar has gone on to score an impressive 69 goals in 80 games.

However, his time at PSG has constantly seen him linked with returns to Spain having failed to settle properly at the club amid personal issues and injuries.

A reunion would also throw into doubt a move for Inter Milan starlet Lautaro Martinez, who is a £101m target for Barca.

The report also suggests that Barca are weighing up a move for RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner.

The German striker is enjoying a fine season in the Bundesliga and would be more affordable than Martinez at £55m.

Barca are also looking to reinforce the back-line, while recruiting a new midfielder appears to be on the agenda.
